Hi all! Thanks for joining me for my every other FREE PRINTABLE on Friday where I share a printable that I’ve created from scratch to either be pretty and decorative OR something to help me stay more organized as a wife/mom, wife, follower of Christ, or to be healthier, etc. Today – it is about being healthier! I’ve created a BE FIT 10 Day Goal Sheet to get myself back on a workout track. Keeping reading for PDF to print and why I created it!
Let’s get something clear up front – I am not a workout junkie trying to get you to begin a certain regimen or look a certain way! I am bringing some fun motivation based fitness to the blog. The last 3-4 years of my life have been a struggle to get me to want to exercise. I did pretty good before my wedding 2 years ago to be in good shape for my dress and the honeymoon and I did decent during pregnancy to be healthy for our baby! Both had motivations but didn’t last long. I know exercise is good for us all to be healthy but I needed that motivation or reward this time around too so I can get into a routine.
I decided to create this workout goal sheet printable for anyone else out there like me!

It is based on 10 day periods – because 5 too short and 2 weeks felt too long before a reward came. And this doesn’t mean you have to work out every day, rather make a goal that’s rational but also pushes you a tad! My first 10 period I missed one of my workouts so no reward. But my second one I set to do 6 cardio workouts and my reward I really wanted this time! The better the reward, the harder I worked. And I made it and got my How to be a Wildflower: Field Guide book I really wanted! Yay!!
Let the goals be economical too! My hubby and I are doing this together and we try to keep our rewards reasonable…between $10-15. It isn’t like we don’t ever buy things. But as a parent now we don’t splurge here and there like we used to – so this allows us too! I didn’t need that book but I wanted it! Working towards it motivated my workout and made it so much more fun to order it once I reached my goal! My next goal I am working on – vintage juice glasses for spring from some antique mall out there calling my name! I know, I am an old lady trapped in a 27 year old’s body :-)We keep the sheets for each 10 day period tacked up on a bulletin board in our lil workout area in the basement so we can keep on track!
Hope you find this goal sheet helpful in some way and fun for you in your workout adventures!
