FREE PRINTABLE: Categorized Weekly To Do List

Hi all! Thanks for joining me for my FREE PRINTABLE on Friday where I share a printable that I’ve created from scratch to either be pretty and decorative OR something to help me stay more organized as a wife/mom, follower of Christ, or to be healthier, etc. Today – it is about being organized with To Do lists!

I am a To Do List nerd extreme! Not only do they keep me on task but they also make me happy when I see them slowly dwindling down. I sometimes will write something on my to do list right after I do it if I forgot to write it down initially…just so I can cross it off! Sick, I know. I am sure there are plenty of others out there like me so to feed the healthy obsession, I created some fun To Do Lists! These To Do Lists are more unique and allow for specific personalized aspects with 4 different categories. Between the categories I created, I feel there is a  good balance of weekly accomplishments between a “must do” and a “want to do”.
I created space for three to do’s for each category but certainly not all three spaces on all four categories need to always be filled. I don’t wish to hold anyone to an unreachable standard of too many To Do’s! But I also did three so you don’t try to do too much in anyone category because it is about balance between them all!
Here is just a quick sneak peek on how I’ve used mine more recently to organize my time best!

Processed with Rookie Cam

To be even more inclusive, I created two different versions of this To Do List so everyone can enjoy. I hope you can find a use for one or the other!
* Both are made as 5×7″ documents so 2 can be printed per page.

This first Mom’s To Do List is for mom’s (more specifically of younger kids but any mom). Since I am a mom of a young tot, I thought that way when creating it. Everyone has cleaning, organizing and projects to do. But as mom’s we must also use nap times every once and awhile to craft, watch tv/movie, workout, read, etc. As a mom I also never feel like I do enough with my child to bond or help her grow – as I’m sure all parents feel. So I added in a To Do category to help us all be more intentional about planning out a few things you want to make sure and do with your kiddo that week! So here it is…

With this more General To Do List I left the first two categories the same because we all have those fun things to do…sarcasm! And I also think that we all need that “me time” whether a mom of young kids, older kids, grown kids, or no kids at all. I love the quote by Eleanor Brown “You can’t serve  from an empty vessel.” It is hard to practice but very true so that’s why I left but renamed that third category. Lastly, a well rounded life is largely about having relationship and community in a family and/or with friends. Sometimes we must be intentional about this too in order to make it happen and see progress. I don’t mean to get all philosophical, just explaining my hope in how this can all be used and helpful to anyone reading!

I want to leave you with these parting words…don’t get discouraged if you don’t complete everything on your list every week. All To Do’s rollover, like rollover minutes. Just start fresh and carry over what is needed to the next week and don’t look back! OH and never ever ever forget to check off, scribble out, or cross off any completed To Do! Otherwise, how do you feel fully complete 🙂 Enjoy!
And share away on all social media sites (with credit to Relentless at Heart).

Quick printing tip – on my computer when I go to print from PDF it defaults to do it as a 8×10″ even though 5×7″ in size. You can look at the screen shots below to see how it will come up at first and what to click in the Page Scaling section. Hope this is helpful!
